All of our items are available for hire, all of our vintage crockery items are no longer mass produced hence sizes may vary. We will try our best to accommodate your requirements, however we can’t give precise dimensions.

Please give us as much advanced notice as possible to insure we have enough stock available for your hire day. If you have any specific requests, please let us know and we will see if we can source something for you.

Cleaning Info
We ask that all crockery is returned clean, preferably within 4 days from the collection date. Any crockery returned unclean will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total hire cost. If you can arrange to wash the items using your own facilities, we actively encourage it. 

If goods are returned for cleaning we ask that all excess food is scrapped off and items are rinsed before being packaged.

Terms & Conditions

Breakages

All breakages are charged at 4 x the hire cost for each item. Or can be replaced with an equivalent item. Please bare in mind if an vintage crockery item is replaced like for like, we reserve the right to refuse items that are not the same theme or standard as our stock.  In which case the standard breakages charge will be applied.

Payment & Deposit
All order reservations will require a 25% deposit of the total hire, your order reservation will not be confirmed until this initial payment is received. Full payment or remaining payment must be received in full, 7 days prior to collection. We would prefer all payments to be made by cheque or bank transfer. Please contact us for bank details.


Conditions of Goods


All good and items should be checked on collection, as from this point items become responsibility of the hirer.

All items supplied remain the property of Vintage Kent.

The hirer is responsible for the good from collection to the point of being returned.  This responsibility includes the safe keeping of these items. 


Due to the nature of the vintage crockery it is expected that items will be worn with age. Items will also be fragile so should be treated with great care at all times. Especially when stacking and packing items. 


Any faults or discrepancies will not be accepted unless Vintage Kent is informed within 24 hours of collection.

Responsibility

Vintage Kent can’t be held responsible for an injury or damage caused by its hired items, however caused.

If an items malfunctions we will attempt to repair or replace it, however we can’t accept and liability for any claims arising from this malfunction.

Items are dispatched clean and undamaged and in good working order.

Any items returned to us that is not meant as replacement vintage crockery items, will be stored by us for collection with in FOUR WEEKS, after this point it will be disposed off.
